Since we had the pleasure of working with a location which was nothing short of paradise, we were excited to collaborate with the team at Seahaven Noosa to showcase the region in all its glory. Our team were were responsible for the redesign and management of the Seahaven Noosa website, creating a consistent strategy for their Google Ads campaigns, along with the management of their social media, email marketing, and photography and styling, to attract guests to this iconic Noosa retreat.
Website Development & Management
The rebuild of the Seahaven Noosa website was designed to showcase the resort with a fresh new look and feel that truly captured the essence of a luxurious beach-side getaway. Sleek designs and beautiful imagery evokes feelings of wanderlust that highlight the lifestyle that guests can experience when they choose to stay at Seahaven Noosa. Using an interface that is easy to use across any device and a simple booking process meant that guests can book their dream holiday on a whim.
With breathtaking views bordering this luxurious resort, it wasn’t difficult for our team to find design inspiration. Equipped with idyllic imagery captured by the Social Tap creative team, our brief was to showcase the ultimate luxury Noosa holiday.

Google AdWords is a key strategy for Seahaven Noosa, and Social Tap achieved a 95% increase in web traffic year-on-year from paid search in a three month period after taking over management of the account.
Photography and Styling
Beautiful visuals were crucial in showcasing a unique and picturesque property such as Seahaven, enticing guests with the dreamy Noosa holiday that awaits them. The Social Tap creative team managed content creation, visual direction, styling and photography to create a suite of visuals that assure a streamlined look and feel is consistent across website, social media, and all consumer touch points. It was important that the visuals spoke to all the elements of the resort and not just the beautiful poolside.
Social Media Management
The stunning and inspirational visuals created for Seahaven Noosa transferred seamlessly across their social media accounts, specifically Facebook and Instagram. Content creation, reputation management, community management and strategy are all aligned to the businesses marketing objectives.
An aim of ours is to excite, inspire and entice travellers through monthly blogs and email marketing techniques. From the promotion of local events and insider tips, to booking specials, the custom-designed monthly newsletter has become another element that defines the Seahaven Noosa brand. The email marketing strategy was curated in consideration to key dates and specials, and is yet another way of ensuring the resort was remained top of mind to past and prospect guests.
