Woombye may not be a well-known town, but Woombye Cheese Company is putting it on the map thanks to its award-winning, artisan soft cheeses. Originally founded by Graeme and Karen Paynter in 2013, Woombye Cheese has grown and expanded its range over the years as customers all over Australia have become passionate Woombye Cheese lovers.

We have managed all marketing elements for Woombye Cheese since 2014 including website design and management, graphic design, digital strategy, social media management, video management, photography and styling.

Graphic Design and Print
As a food producer that does not sell direct to the public, much of the graphic design and print work we have completed for Woombye Cheese has been industry and retail focused. The brand attends and exhibits at food festivals across Australia, as well as industry conventions and award events. We have worked with Woombye Cheese to complete graphic design for printed marketing collateral, signage, advertising elements, as well as brand awareness campaigns and promotions.
Website Development and Management
We created a mobile responsive website to meet the small but growing food producer’s needs, and have continued to manage the website with regular stockist and content updates. Over the years the website has been updated to allow for the broadening of Woombye Cheese and what its offering, as well as play a vital role in engaging marketing campaigns and value-based content.

Digital Strategy
As Woombye Cheese does not sell direct to the public, its digital strategy is focused on brand awareness to ensure its cheese is searched for whenever a consumer is looking for a boutique soft cheese, or recognised instantly when spotted on the shelf. The management of all elements of the brand’s digital strategy serves this purpose through crafted content such as recipe videos, ebooks, and competitions across Facebook and Instagram to generate website traffic and convert to email subscriptions.
EDM
Cheese Chatter is a monthly newsletter crafted to share, inspire and excite the consumer. It is a custom designed newsletter taking in the simple and beautiful elements of Woombye Cheese, with a focus on engaging Woombye Cheese lovers and keeping the brand top of mind. Regular campaigns and digital strategies are also employed to consistently build the database.
Video Management
All great stories require a video, and the Woombye Cheese provenance story was just waiting to be brought to life through video. On this project we worked with our partners to storyboard, plan and execute the video for release across all digital touch points including the website, EDMs, social and other media outlets.
Photography and Styling
Capturing food is a true art form and over the years we have worked with a number of talented photographers to capture evocative images for Woombye Cheese. Across all shoots we managed the creative direction and styling, including location management and approval of final images.
Social Media Management
We have managed the end-to-end management of all Woombye Cheese social media including content creation, community management, reputation management and strategy. The focus of which is to always present the product as something that delectably leaps off the screen and into your shopping basket!
