While we don’t suggest over editing images you post on social, we do love a good ‘touch up’ to ensure all social content is on brand.

This app is the secret weapon of many an Instagram pro. It offers a huge amount of editing possibilities in the free version, as well as extra features to lift your game in the premium (paid) version. We especially love the tutorials to get you started, and the presets to save you time in the future.

This app is more than just an editing app, it is also a community of content creators and is a great way to get your images seen even further and wider. The VSCO presets and editing tools offer amazing variety, and more are released all the time with free and paid levels. The tutorials are helpful for those looking to bring a more creative and artistic edge to their images.

This is one of the top downloaded apps on the Apple store so clearly they are doing something right. This app boasts a wealth of presets, filters and tools to create clean, fresh and colourful images to bring your brand to life. The free version offers enough functionality to take care of all your images, as well as the ability to save your favourite editing steps for future use.

Afterlight 2

This is one of our favourite apps thanks to its latest update which was packed full of stunning editing features such as double exposures, new textures, selective colour tuning, and new precise touch tools. This app is ideal if you are looking to create images that have a romantic and dreamy look, while also creating mini pops of photo artwork to share with the world. The best part – the app and all its future updates and releases are always free!
