We’re excited to be starting our search for the next member of the Tapper family to join our Client Services team.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Love and understand the power of branding and brand personality
  • Have a true passion for digital and social media
  • Enjoy copywriting
  • Have a creative mindset and and ability to bring a story to life through content
  • Feel confident working in a fast paced, super friendly environment
  • Enjoy producing engaging and creative content for websites, social media and email

What’s involved?

  • Copywriting and content creation for social channels, marketing communications and other promotional material
  • Working with the Client Services and Designs teams to execute effective promotional campaigns across various channels
  • Day to day management of client social media accounts
  • Co-ordination of multiple account management priorities and timelines
  • Direct client liaison as assigned by Director or Client Services Manager
  • Prepare reporting of activity and results against client KPIs
  • Daily administrative support to Head of Client Services
  • Briefing graphic design and technical resources to deliver key campaign components 
  • Reviewing and analysing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations
  • Working for an organisation that places high value on trust, authenticity, integrity and quality

How to Stand Out

To stand out, you have: 

  • Cares about building and delivering a great outcome for our Clients
  • Has experience in the industry, preferably a minimum of 2  years’
  • Has technical expertise in the use of leading social networks for business 
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and places priority on correct spelling and grammar
  • Is highly organised
  • Has a flair for creating unique content and the ability to research effectively
  • Committed to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Must be tech savvy and resourceful
  • Has a good sense of humour 
  • Is fun, approachable and down to earth

Bonus points if you…

  • Have experience using WordPress, Google Analytics, MailChimp & Klaviyo
  • Have executed successful Facebook and Google advertising campaigns
  • Can take a great photo and create engaging content with your phone
