She spends her workdays consulting with businesses and helping them to develop integrated marketing strategies that make sense, get results and have some fun along the way. She has a special knack and passion for helping businesses understand and leverage digital and social media as part of their marketing and customer service activity.
In her previous professional life, Michelle has worked with some of Australia’s leading organisations such as News Limited, IBM, Sensis, Telstra and Vodafone, across various senior management positions and leading significant programs of work. During this time she was lucky enough to work alongside some of this country’s most talented and experienced thought leaders in marketing and customer strategy.
As a result, Michelle has a serious obsession with the customer journey and customer experience. She is passionate about the importance of getting the fundamentals right, and the role it plays on both marketing, customer service and loyalty for any business.
It is no coincidence that Social Tap plays mostly in the hospitality, tourism, food and drink industries, with Michelle’s enthusiasm for all of the above!
