Adobe Lightroom
A holy grail for many in our team, Adobe Lightroom is often our go-to editing app. It’s free and easy to use and offers a variety of tools to make your image look amazing. You can manually edit your images (light, colours, image details and add effects) or use free or paid presets from other creators. It’s simple and easy to learn, and there are many tutorials available online to help you learn the ins and outs of it.

Lensa
Quick, simple and easy to use! Lensa is great for editing photos on the go – especially photos of people. You can add depth, smooth images, adjust the background, and highlight certain features of the image. This app is available for free with the option to upgrade to a Premium, paid subscription.

VSCO
An oldie but a goodie, VSCO offers creative photo and video editing tools with the option to share your photos on the app, to be seen by other creators. It offers basic photo editing tools for free (lighting, exposure, colours etc) as well as a range of free filters. You also have the opportunity to upgrade to a premium subscription to access hundreds of filters and advanced tools.

PicsArt
We love using PicsArt to add a little creativity and fun to our photos – it’s perfect for social posts or Stories. The free version offers standard photo and video editing tools, plus a variety of stickers and creative tools to add some fun to your photos. You can also step up a level and purchase a premium subscription which will provide premium editing tools, use of stock imagery, and access to easy to edit templates.

Snapseed
Developed by Google, Snapseed is an extensive and professional photo editing app that is free to download. With 29 tools and filters available, one of it’s greatest assets is a ‘selective filter brush’ which allows you to filter only parts of an image. Plus, this app has a variety of tips, tricks and tutorials to help you get your image looking its best!
